Buffering Tips
Be sure to read all tips and suggestions.
1. For free trials and $20 subscriptions, be sure that you are not streaming on multiple devices simultaneously; doing so will cause heavy buffering.
2. If you experience buffering on 1 specific channel, try the backup channel if available.
3. If you experience buffering on all or multiple channels, typically it’s a clear indication that there is a network issue on the customer’s end. Use the following tips to try to resolve the buffering issue.
4. If you have AT&T, you may be over your data cap. AT&T will throttle your speed when you reach your data cap limit. Call your internet provider to check your data cap.
