The devices we sell are not owned or manufactured by A-Game Entertainment, but purchased from suppliers. A-Game Entertainment cannot replace parts or items such as power adapters or remote controls if they become damaged or lost. We provide our customers with “How To” videos and helpful tips that show and teach how to properly maintain devices. Watching these videos and following all suggestions, regarding proper care and maintenance, will help to make certain that you get long term usage from your device.
All streaming devices sold by A-Game Entertainment come with a 90-day exchange warranty; covering defective devices and manufacturer issues.
